Tandem originally refers to tandem bicycles – bikes ridden by two people. Though not an official course, here at SFC, we work in collaboration with German universities to provide students with tandem sessions. Participants are able to develop their language skills (German and Japanese) by working in tandem with students from overseas.
Tandem sessions are offered in Intensive 3, and Tandem Plus is offered as preparation for short-term overseas study programmes and exchange programmes. For more information, visit the German Lab in λ410 or contact us at doiken [at] sfc.keio.ac.jp.
